A classic roasted coffee where the bean is aged between 3-5 years before roasting dont to a medium roast and farmed in Eastern Java.
Aged in the green bean in a similar way to Monsoon Malabar, but for a much longer period of time. This turns the normally green raw bean into a light brown colour. Usually aged from anywhere between two to five years before roasting. A strong earthiness makes this a unique coffee with very little acidity and hints of spice and tobacco.
