A Medium roasted coffee, Region:Limu Variety:Heirloom
This coffee comes from a cooperative of Farmers based in southwest Ethiopia’s Limu region. Three major farming systems are practiced in this region: Forest Coffee, which is grown under the canopy of the forest with very little human interference; Small Farm or Cottage coffee, the most common which is shade grown by smallholder farmers; and Plantation Coffee which utilises modern planting and processing techniques. In the cup there are strong aromas of nuts with citrus and floral flavours and a well balanced spicy finish. Best served black as a cafetiere or filter.
